Pros: Love the fire pit. Big flame and adjusts for a real choice in flame size. The pit is heavy, hollow inside underneath, looks amazing and is great quality.
Cons"On install the sides were scratched very easily by the metal pan just by setting it on top so wondering what I will do when the white concrete gets scratched up. Wish it came with a touch up color. Also waiting for cover to be delivered which is supposed to comer afterwards.
Customer service is a bit hard to get in touch with by phone or email. Paid extra for threshold delivery but company that dropped off said they didn't see that on the paperwork and left it in my driveway so still working that out. Also tried to follow up on the cover but haven't had that addressed yet. Will see how that goes.

First, the company employees are great. They kept me totally informed and answered all questions throughout the process, Second, shipping across the country was fast and professional. The crate it was shipped in was like Fort Knox and there wasn't a scratch on the fire bowl itself. Lastly, the fire bowl looks fantastic. It is a high quality product and looks great on my deck.

The concrete is gorgeous and it fits perfectly in our patio. Love the large circular shape, wide diameter, and the thick rim for putting feet and drinks on (which was a non-negotiable criteria :-) It's been a few months now and we used it multiple times per week, in the evenings with friends and weekend mornings while drinking coffee. Recommended!
I ordered 2 of these beautiful water bowls in black with the copper spillway for my client’s renovated pool. They are a WOW factor!! They are very sturdy and extremely heavy which is great.

The fireplace is massive and beautiful but wow is it heavy. They had some difficulty working with a last-mile delivery company and that delayed the order about 2-3 weeks, and once they did find a company they gave it to a single driver who was commenting that given the size/weight should’ve been on a “two-man” delivery as he had a lot of trouble getting it off the truck alone. Fortunately the plumber that I hired to do the connection was able to assist but the delivery driver was incredibly impatient and was complaining that he was only contracted for curb delivery despite trying to leave it on the street.
Ultimately no issues with the fireplace itself and the two bags of lava rock are more than enough to fill the channel. I think I only used about 1.5 bags to still get a decent flame.
Great fireplace, just make sure you have a few people ready for the delivery with moving trolleys as it’s definitely ~700lbs.
