The crate it was shipped in was like Fort Knox and there wasn't a scratch on the fire bowl itself. Lastly, the fire bowl looks fantastic. It is a high quality product and looks great on my deck.

The concrete is gorgeous and it fits perfectly in our patio. Love the large circular shape, wide diameter, and the thick rim for putting feet and drinks on (which was a non-negotiable criteria :-) It's been a few months now and we used it multiple times per week, in the evenings with friends and weekend mornings while drinking coffee. Recommended!
